Are you interested in knowing the actual history of your country, or are you content with the propagandized version the winners of wars conjure up to feed school children? When it comes to the story and tradition of the U.S. South, and especially the events surrounding the Civil War (1861–1865), you may need to brace yourself. What you think you know about it is likely untrue—and not just by a little. Jeb Smith discusses his book, Defending Dixie’s Land: What Every American Should Know about the South and the Civil War.

General Lee never took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States. General Lee took an oath to defend the United States and protect THEM from THEIR enemies. General Lee followed Virginia in whatever situation Virginia determined was best for Virginia.
The yankee changed their oath for military officers in 1862. This “Ironclad Oath” is yankee admission THEIR PREVIOUS OATH WAS FLAWED. When a country is DEFEATED IN BATTLE, the military who survive are FORCED to swear allegiance to a NEW SOVEREIGN. The yankee lost their struggle in 1862…their northern Republic of Sovereign States was NO MORE…they fell under the hand of the fedgov…an oppressive fedgov capable of passing an income tax and shoving the Covidscam down your throat.
